You record or upload yourself narrating a script. Alpy draws simple, hand-drawn-looking scenes timed to your words, keeps one recurring character consistent from scene to scene, and gives you a finished video with a title, description and thumbnail to publish it with. Alpy is for you if

  • You want a YouTube channel but not to be on camera.
  • You would rather use your own voice than an AI voice.
  • Your videos explain things: money, psychology, science, self-improvement, stories.
  • You can write or talk through a script, but cannot draw or animate.

It is not the right tool if

  • You want an AI-generated or cloned voice. Alpy only uses the voice you record.
  • You make vertical Shorts. Alpy makes horizontal 16:9 videos.
  • You want to edit or redraw individual scenes. That is not available yet.
  • You need polished, studio-style animation. The style is deliberately simple.
  • Your video is longer than 20 minutes.

What is different about it

  • Your voice, not a generated one. The narration is your recording. Alpy illustrates it; it does not replace it.
  • Scenes follow your words. Each drawing is made from what you are saying at that moment, and cuts fall at the end of a sentence wherever one is close.
  • One character, kept consistent. The same narrator character appears throughout the video and on the thumbnail.
  • See it before you pay. The first seconds of your own video are free to watch, with no card.
