By accessing or using Alpy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Alpy provides a unified interface to generate videos and images using third-party AI models. The specific models available may change over time.

Alpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party model provider. All product and model names are used for identification only.

3. Credits and Billing

Generations consume credits. Credit costs are displayed before each generation. Subscription credits refresh on your billing cycle; purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active.

Provider failures are automatically refunded to your credit balance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and third-party model provider policies.

5. Ownership

Subject to these terms and the underlying model providers' terms, you own the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Availability and Changes

The availability of third-party AI models may change at any time. We may add, remove, disable, or reprice models and features.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
