Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This policy sets out prohibited uses of Alpy. It applies in addition to the policies of the underlying third-party AI model providers, which may be more restrictive.

Prohibited Content

You may not generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred.

You may not create deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent, impersonate others to deceive, or produce content intended to defraud or mislead.

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you upload and that your outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.

Enforcement

We may reject generation requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Generation requests are subject to platform and provider content moderation.
