Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This policy sets out prohibited uses of Alpy. It applies in addition to the policies of the underlying third-party AI model providers, which may be more restrictive.

Prohibited Content

You may not generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred.

You may not create deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent, impersonate others to deceive, or produce content intended to defraud or mislead.

Real People, Characters and Voices

Characters you upload or describe must be your own creations or images you have permission to use. You may not upload a photo of a real person, or create a character from a real person's likeness, without that person's explicit consent. Uploading a character requires you to confirm this.

Alpy does not offer face swaps, deepfakes or voice cloning. Narration is either your own recording or one of Alpy's AI voices, which are labelled as AI-generated. You may not upload another person's voice without their consent.

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you upload and that your outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.

Enforcement

We may reject generation requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Generation requests are subject to platform and provider content moderation.
